CHAPMAN
Leonard William "Bill" Chapman, born November 14, 1912, passed away June 25, 1994.
Mr. Chapman was a Baptist and lived in Cedar Hill all of his life.
He was a heavy equipment operator for Dallas County for more than 30 years and retired in 1974.
He is survived by his wife Lillian Bernice (Williams) Chapman of Cedar Hill; five daughters, Darla Knight of Waxahachie, Texas; Nancy Adams of Collinsville, Texas; Linda Harvey of Midlothian, Texas; Trudy Murphy of Rice, Texas and Carolyn Chapman of Fort Worth, Texas; two sons, Murrel Chapman of Cedar Hill and Sidney Chapman of Midlothian, Texas; ten grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Funeral services at 3:00 p.m. Monday, June 27, 1994, Hughes Cedar Hill Chapel. Mr. Alvin Bryan will officiate.
Interment will follow at Little Bethel Memorial Park, Duncanville, Texas.

He is the son of Frank E. Chapman and Carrie Bell Cook. He married Lilliam Bernice Williams on 18 June 1938 at the Nazarine Church in Cedar Hill, Texas. Their children: William Lenord Chapman, Nancy Ann Chapman, Lynda Beth Chapman, Carolyn Yvonne Chapman, Sidney Leonard Chapman, Trudy Bell Chapman and Darla Ann Chapman.
