VINGLISH–Agnes M. "DeDe," 89, Tunnelhill Street, Gallitzin, died July 20, 2009, at home. Born May 3, 1920, in Lilly, daughter of William and Caroline (Moyer) Duffy. Predeceased by brothers, James and Bernard; and sisters, Helena Bender, Colletta Rabuck, Verna Brady and Vera. Survived by husband, Paul, whom she married May 16, 1946, at St. Patrick Church, Gallitzin; and numerous nieces and nephews. DeDe enjoyed cooking, crocheting and playing cards. Member of Christian Mothers and was active in cleaning the church at St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin, where funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Albert Ledoux, celebrant. Committal, St. Patrick's Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Gibbons Funeral Home, Gallitzin, where a vigil service will be held at 3 p.m.
