Mr and Mrs Loren McKimmy and his mother Mrs Lewis McMahon, Mr and Mrs Paul McKimmy, Mr and Mrs Roy McKimmy, Mrs Clara Hughes and Ellis McKimmywe re at the Metamora, Ohio Sunday, where they attended the funeral of Alvin McKimmy at the Fairview Church of the Brethren.

Appointment of Administrator
State of Michigan. In the Probate Court for the County of Gladwin. Re: Est ate of Perry Alvin McKimmy, Deceased. At a session of said Court, he ldat the Court House in the City of Gladwin in said County on the 10th day of February A. D. 1965. Present:Honorable George C. Johnson, Judge of Probate. In the Matter of the Estate of Perry Alvin McKimmy, Deceas ed. Clyde E. McKimmy having filed in said court a petition praying that t he administration of said estate be granted to Aloysius B. O'Mara or to so me other suitable person. It is Ordered, That the 12th day of March A. D. 1965 at 11 o'clock House in the City of Gladwin, Michigan, be a nd is hereby appointed as the time and place for hearing said petition; It is Further Ordered, That public notice there of be given by publication of a copy of this order once each week for three successive weeks previous to said day of bearing in the Gladwin County Record, a newspaper print ed and circulated in said county, and that notice be given to Kathryn C. Stutzman, Waseon, Ohio; Edna McDole, 1584 Eleanor, Toledo, Ohio; O. Kenneth McKimmy, Metamora, Ohio; Floyd A. McKimmy, 4935 Arbor, Sylvania, Ohio and Clyde . McKimmy,3420 Coral, Toledo, Ohio, heirs-at-law named in the pet ition for administration filed in this cause by personal service upon each of them of a copy of this order, if they can be personally served with in the county, otherwise, by serving the same by registered mail or certified mail with return receipts demanded, addressed to each of them at their respective last known addresses ---George C.
