Pierce -- William J. Pierce, age 33, of the Berry Hill Community, died in a local hospital early Tuesday morning. Announcement later by Lane Funeral Home.

Funeral services for William J. Pierce, age 33, of the Berry Hill Community, will be held Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the New Home church, Berry Hill Community, with Rev. Tolbert officiating. Interment in Red Fork cemetery. Surviving are the widow, one daughter, Ima Jean; one son, Ronald; the parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Pierce. Lane Funeral Home in charge.
