Mrs. Delilah Jane (Lemmon) Yockey, 74, of Worthington died at 10:15 a.m. Sunday (May 31, 1959) in Armsdale Home, Kittanning RD 5, following a lingering illness. Born at Adrian on June 13 1884 she was a daughter of the late Ross and Catherine Henry Lemmon. Her husband, Ulysses B. Yockey, died in 1945. Mrs. Yockey was a member Worthington Lutheran Church and of the Missionary Society of the church. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Violet Holben of Lydora; Mrs. Henry (Freda) Thyle of Pontiac, Mich.; Mrs. Harry (Genevieve) Johnson of Worthington; Marie Yockey of Alexandria, Va.; William Yockey of Butler; Eugene Yockey of Kittanning MR 10; George Yockey of Ford City RD, 3; Charles Yockey of Pontiac, Mich.; Mrs Domenic (Ruby) Rugini of Kittanning MR 10; and James Yockey of Worthington, Other survivors are two stepdaughters, Mrs. Roland (Nora) Brewster and Mrs. Irvin (Vivian) Klugh of Butler; 25 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, four sisters, Mrs. Charles (Ada) Talady of Cadogan, Mrs, Ellie Craigo of Adrian, Mrs. Andrew (Julia) Mansfield and Hazel Harmon, Both of Kittanning; two brothers, Parks Lemmon of Adrian and Wilbur Lemmon of Kittanning MR 10. Friends will be received at the Walker funeral home, Worthington. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Worthington Lutheran Church, conducted by the pastor, the Rev. James B Slingluff. The casket will not be opened at the church. Interment will be in the church cemetery, Worthington.
