"Roy" was born to Shirley Florence Adkins and Henderson Edward "Johnny" Adams. When he and his brother, Ron, were small, their father would take them to spend their days in Lagoon. He also has a younger sister, Carol, who looked up to both brothers. Roy never married. He died from a heart ailment at the age of 63.
