Services for Nolan J. Robnett, 89, of Dallas will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Resthaven Memorial Park with the Rev. Bobby McMillan officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Franklin Bartley Funeral Home.

He died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2000.

He was born on March 6, 1911, in Delta County. He married Opal McReynolds on Dec. 24, 1935, in Snyder. She died on Aug. 8, 1995.

He was a graduate of East Texas State Teachers College.

He taught agriculture at Lubbock High School and Wilson High School. He established the Robnett Farm in Lubbock. He was co-owner of Prater's Turkey Farms. He was a coach for the boys and girls basketball teams and was also a football coach in Commerce.

Survivors include a son, Nolan J. "Buzz" Robnett; a daughter, Willena Harry of Richardson; a brother, Hoyle of Tulsa, Okla.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
