Timothy L. Forkeotes, 49, of Frankfort, died at 4:45 a.m. Friday, July 3, 2009, at Home Hospital in Lafayette.
He was born in Lafayette to Vernell "Nel" Hodge Hoon.
Also surviving are his companion, Dana Northern; two sons, Timothy L. Forkeotes (Tisha) of North Carolina and Nicholas Forkeotes of Lafayette; two daughters, Ashley Forkeotes and Tiahna Catron, both of Lafayette; a sister, Anna Hirst (Peter) of West Lafayette and three grandchildren, Novah and Makenze Forkeotes and Nevaeh Collins.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Shannon Hoon.
