HEAD ON COLLISION KILLS 3 IN PUTNAM COUNTY:
Three people were killed in a fiery two vehicle accident south of Eatonton.
The dead were identified as Joyce Brown, 34, of Milledgeville; Jimmy Watley, 39, of Eatonton and Randy Sackman, 38, of Highlands, N.C.
The Putnam County Sheriff's Department said Brown and Watley were southbound on U.S 441 when Sackman's pickup truck veered into their lane and hit them head on about 1:47 a.m. Sunday.


Joyce Toulson Brown, 33, of 120 Youngblood Road died Sunday in a traffic accident in Putnam County.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Martin Funeral Home. The Revs. Phillip Winslett and Gary Yonce will officiate. Burial will be in the Culverton Baptist Church cemetery in Hancock County.
Ms. Brown, a lifelong resident of Baldwin County, was a secretary for a law office. She was a member of Mosleyville
Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Chris Toulson and Ricky Britt, both of Milledgeville; a sister, Becky Toulson of Milledgeville; two brothers, Robbie Toulson and Jeff Toulson, both of Milledgeville; and her grandmother, Bertie
Dunn of Milledgeville.
