His survived by his wife, Callie; three sisters, Mrs. Aline Keinomen of Minter, Ohio, Mrs. Maybelle Lumsford of Oklahoma City and Mrs. Beth Thieny of Tulsa; five brothers, Earl of Choctaw; Bonny of Moore and Jack of Stockton, California; Lonnie Flagstaff of Arizona and Alvin Shackley of Minter, Ohio.
