Civil War Veteran. Henry enlisted 24 Jul 1862 as a resident of Bristol, Conn. He would muster into Co. K; 16th Infantry Regiment; Conn. Volunteers on 24 Aug 1862. He was killed at the Battle of Antietam 17 Sep 1862, buried there and later removed to Antietam National Cemetery in Sharpsburg.
Before the war, Henry married Sarah Ann Peck (date of marriage unknown). They had 4 children:
