Mrs. Hudnell was born Sept. 26, 1943, in Fayette County, daughter of the late David Vance and Kathryn Ramey Ging. She worked as a nurse's aide and had been a manager of a convenience store. She was a member of the Sabina Church of Christ. She graduated in 1961 from Sabina High School.
She is survived by four brothers; a sister, of Greenfield; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, George and Harry Vance, and her stepfather, Harry Ging.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at LITTLETON FUNERAL HOME, 104 N. Jackson St., Sabina, with burial in Greenfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
