Obituary - FUNERAL ON SUNDAY

The obsequies of Brother A. N. Berryman, member of Jordan Lodge No. 3, on Sunday afternoon, was a typical Odd Fellows' funeral, and attended by a large number of the members of his lodge and many representative Odd Fellows from other lodges. There were also many members of the Rebekah lodge present, to express their sympathy with Mrs. Berryman and her children in their bereavement.

The ceremonies were under the charge of Jordan lodge No. 3, while the Rev. T. C. Iliff of the M. E. Church offered appropriate remarks at the residence. A large concourse of relatives and friends of the deceased brother accompanied the Odd Fellows to Mt. Olivet Cemetery, the interment being in the plat owned by the society.

The pallbearers were Past Grand S.G. Brinton, A. Hollander, A. Isom, Thomas Watkins, J. V. Taft and Vice-Grand Charles Larch, while the lodge was in charge of Noble Grand M. E. Mulvey, with G. J. W. J. T. Buckle as Chaplain and Past Grand C. J. Higson as marshal.
