Deceased Name: Cleo Stapley Johnson Cleo Stapley Johnson, passed away on Oct. 13, 2001, at the age of 91.

She was born August 15, 1910, in Mesa, Arizona, and was the last surviving child of the O.S. Stapley family.

She is survived by two sons: Marvin Scott of Chandler, Arizona, and James Vance of San Dimas, California and three daughters: Barbara Hirschi of Orem, Utah, Bette Smith of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Beverly Johansen of Mapleton, Utah.

She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Oct. 18, 2001 in Rancho Bernardo, California at the Rancho Bernardo LDS Ward Chapel, 15750 Bernardo Hts. Pkwy. Viewing will be held prior to the service 9:00AM. Services will be 10:00AM. Interment will be at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Rancho Bernardo LDS Ward church missionary fund.
