Miss Lillian Nordahl, 72, of Valley City died Monday morning May 30, 1977 at a Fargo hospital.
Funeral services were Thursday at the Peterson-Olson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert Lee officiating. Burial was in the North LaMoure Cemetery.Lillian Nordahl was born July 29, 1904 near North LaMoure, the daughter of Carl and Sarah Nordahl. She grew up there and worked in the Litchville community for several years before moving to Valley City. For many years she was employed as office assistant for Dr. A. W. Macdonald of Valley City and after his death worked at Mercy Hospital for several years.She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Earl (Mabel) Flynn of Minneapolis.Pallbearers were Herbert Hoff, Byron Bowman, LeRoy Johnson, Fred Karn, Wallace Oppegaard and Mark Hill.Published in the Litchville Bulletin, Litchville, North Dakota, June 15, 1977
