The Brookville Jeffersonian-Democrat, Thursday, Dec 4 1975:
Herbert S. Anderson, Summerville RD 2, was dead on arrival at Brookville Hospital December 1. He was born at Johnsonburg April 4, 1904, son of Gus and Anna (Runquist) Anderson.

He retired some years ago from the Hanley Company.

He married Golda Corbett who survives, with two sons, Herbert of Summerville, and Lawrence of Lake George, NY; a brother, Al Anderson of Wilcox; two half-sisters, Elsie Fillbar of St. Marys, and Ellen Gunnerson, Waterbury, CT; five half-brothers, William Lillyquist, Bellefonte, Seward Lillyquist, Johnsonburg, Aner Lillyquist, San Francisco, CA, Pete Lillyquist, Fullerton, CA, and Lester Lillyquist, Ridgway; and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by a son and a sister.

Services will be at William R. Curry Funeral Home, Summerville, Thursday, Dec. 4, at 1:30 pm. with Rev. Vernon Boyer officiating. Interment will be in Bethel-Geer Cemetery, Richardsville.

His mother, Anna Sofia Runquist Anderson Lillyquist, remarried to Axel Lillyquist Oct 23 1909 in Elk Co, PA. Their marriage license listed them both as single, but she had several kids with the surname Anderson. Arthur Lillyquist, born May 28 1910, a twin, was Anna's 5th child, per birth certificate. The twin, Fritz, died Jun 15 1910.
