Born March 8, 1914 in Lucedale to the late Richard Tanner and Clara Norris Tanner, she died at her home in Kreole on June 15, 2007.
A retiree of International Paper Company in Moss Point, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Broun, two brothers, Richard Douglas Tanner and Herbert "Whick" Tanner and one great granddaughter, Niki Bosarge.
She is survived by a daughter, Helen (Jerry) Daughdrill, son, Richard (Ramona) Broun; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Clarabel Tanner Dalton.
Holder-Wells Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
