A Commerce [Oklahoma] visitor from Newberg, Ore., Mrs. Florence Edna Myers, died last night in Miami Baptist hospital. A guest in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Goldie Phillips, at Commerce, Mrs. Myers entered the hospital after becoming ill Sunday morning.
The Oregon woman, 65 years old, also is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Henlew Pursley of Newberg and Mrs. Pearline Keller, Yamhill, Ore.; three sons, Monty Myers, who lives in California; Aaron and Roy Myers, both of Newberg; one brother and 21 grandchildren.
The Cooper Funeral home will ship the body to Newberg for final rites.
