Funeral for Jeremy Dewayne Nelson, 32, of Danville will be Saturday, May 19, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Union Grove United Methodist Church with Bro. George Harmon officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing. The body will be at the church a half hour prior to the service.
Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.

Mr. Nelson, who died Wednesday, May 16, 2007, at his home, was born Nov. 11, 1974, in Decatur to Joel and Teresa Nelson. He worked at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. for 12½ years and was a member of Union Grove United Methodist Church. He enjoyed working on cars. His son, Reece David Nelson; his brother, Jason Nelson; and grandparents, C.A. and Linny Jo Waller and R.V. and Cletie Nelson, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Amanda "Mandy" Brown Nelson; his parents; and one brother, Jake Allen Nelson and his wife, Michelle.

Pallbearers will be Bill Rittenberry, David Graves, Cody Graves, his nephew, Blake Nelson, Amy Alred, Brandy Terry, Uncle R.G. Jennings and Uncle Richard Sharp.
