Miss Natalie Grace Matthews of Blandburg died Jan 18, 1994 at the Altoona Hospital as a result of a fire in her home. Miss Matthews retired as a registered nurse and was formerly employed at Chambersburg Hospital. She was born July 29, 1910 in Glasgow, the daughter of Walker Robert and Annie Margaret (McHugh) Matthews. Surviving are four sisters and a brother: Roy, Coletta Sackett,Charlotte, Elda Gubash, and Beth Peacock., and several nieces and nephews. Miss Matthews was a former member of Blandburg Lutheran Church. She was a a1930 graduate of Reade Township High School. There will be no viewing or visitation.
