Her love for travel took her all over the world, including trips to Hong Kong and other international destinations. She also was an accomplished bridge player. For many years, she was a breeder of cocker spaniels and raised several AKC Champions from her Earnscliffe Kennel. She served on the board of directors of the American Spaniel Club and for a number of years, wrote a monthly column in the ASC Magazine.
Her husband, Richard George Baumgartner, preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Dr. Bruce Baumgartner of Atlanta; a grandson and a granddaughter.
Services will be at noon Tuesday at Dobbling Funeral Home in Fort Thomas.
Visitation will begin there at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Southgate.
