She will be remembered by her family as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, always putting her family first. Her wisdom will be sorely missed. Marjorie loved to fish, enjoyed oil painting which some of her works she entered in the Indiana State Fair and won awards at the Senior Citizens Art Show.
She also was an accomplished cake decorator and with her artistic talents created three and four tier wedding cakes for several years, true master pieces many would say.
Marjorie is survived by her husband, Roland, children, Lisa O'Brian, Stephen, Larry Bailey, Roland Lee Hiles, 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and sisters, Myrtle Cannon, Katherine Patterson, Delores Barker.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Harold McCoy. Marjorie requested that there only be a visitation on Thursday June 25, 2009 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center- Decatur Township.
