"Chrissie" was the daughter of Jason C. & Lovina Christina (Nichols) Young & she grew up on a family farm in Jackson Township, Shelby County, OH. On November 24, 1895, Chrissie was married to William Frederick Regula (also buried at Glen Cemetery) who was the son of German immgrants. At the time of the 1900 Federal Census, Chrissie & William were living in Jackson Township, Shelby County, OH, where they continued to reside until sometime after 1910 when the family moved to a farm in Clay Township, Auglaize County, OH. Chrissie & William parented two children between the years of 1896 & 1904: Oscar Franklin Regula (also buried at Glen Cemetery) & Edna Levina Regula (also buried at Glen Cemetery).
