BERCEGEAY, MRS. ERNEST J.("TOLONE")- - - Died 5:15 a.m. Sunday, April 21, 1991, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 86, a native and resident of Gonzales. She was a retired manager of Chateau Bourque Apartments, with 25 years service. Visiting at Welsh Funeral Home, Gonzales, 8 to 9:45 a.m. Tuesday. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church, Gonzales, at 10 a.m. Tuesday, conducted by Father Juan Ramon Vega. Burial in Hope Haven Cemetery, Gonzales. Survived by husband, Ernest J. Bercegeay, Gonzales; a daughter, Mrs. Harvey (Audrey) Templet, Gonzales; three sons, L.P. Bourque Jr., Gonzales, Germain "Shorty" Bourque, Head of Island, and Welman "Cotto" Bourque, Gonzales; two sisters, Lillian Parent, and Helen Langford, both of Gonzales; three brothers, Acklin and John Allen Bourque, both of Gonzales, and Warrick Bourque, Seattle, Wash.; 17 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by former husband, Leslie "Red" Bourque; a daughter, Mrs.Leo (Nora) Lee Ricca; a great-grandson, Robert Paul Bourque; a brother, Vivian Bourque; parents, Prudent and Camelia Mire Bourque. Pallbearers will be Les, Vicky and Neal Bourque, Dean and Danny Bourque, Russ and Rick Ricca and Mike Templet. Altar boys will be Darren Bourque and Jody Bourque. She was a member of St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church.
