Esther Reiman Burial Services Held Sunday
Eighteen-year-old Daughter of Dryden Residents Passes Away February 24
Funeral services were held Sunday from the German congregational church at Dryden for Esther Helena Reiman daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Solomon Reiman of that place. She died February 24 at the Leavenworth Sanitarium after suffering for some time from tuberculosis contracted from a severe cold. Miss Reiman was born at Quincy and was 18 years old. She was a promising young lady and expected to be graduated from the Dryden high school with the senior class of this year. Besides her mother and father she leaves two sisters and four brothers and a large circle of friends to mourn her early death. A sister, Vera, preceded her in death about one month ago.

Miss Esther Reiman, 18 year old daughter of Mr and Mrs Sol Reiman, died Friday of tuberculosis at a sanitarium at Cashmere. She had been sick only three months when she succumbed to the disease. Her funeral was held Sunday at Cashmere, the Rev J Reister officiating, after which interment took place at the Cashmere cemetery. Mr and Mrs Reiman, who were residents of the southeast Odessa district before they moved to Dryden, have had more than their share of sorrow recently as only a month ago they buried a younger daughter, Vera. Mr and Mrs Dave Weber, Mr and Mrs John Weber went to Cashmere to attend the funeral. (Odessa Record: 3-04-1927)
