OBITUARY, Brookville [IN] American, Thursday, December 27, 1928:
Mrs. Dora Metzger, aged 67, wife of William Metzger of east of town, died Sunday morning at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. Funeral services were held at 1:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Brookville M.E. Church, conducted by Rev. Golden A. Smith. Burial was in Maple Grove cemetery.
She is survived by the husband, two daughters, Miss Sarah Metzger, of Indianapolis, Mrs. Henry Telker, of Brookville, and a son, LeRoy Metzger, of Cleveland, O.
