Mrs. Eunice Ann Ellisor Funeral services for Mrs. Eunice Ann Ellisor, 85, of Grapeland were held Sunday, March 23, at 3:00 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, Grapeland, with the Rev. Charles Baley and Calvin Dickey officiating. Burial was in the Parker Cemetery, near Grapeland. Pallbearers were Oran Gentry, Mike Moran, Truman Starr, John Edward Ellisor, Mike Ellisor, Donald Wayne Ellisor, Nolan Tucker and Billy Calame. Native and lifelong resident of Grapeland, Mrs. Ellisor was born April 9, 1883 to the late Dock Clark and Mrs. Theodocia Chaffin Clark, and she died Saturday at 3:45 a.m. in a Palestine nursing home following a long illness, She was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church, and the widow of John Ellisor, who died Septemver 24, 1962. Brady Ellisor of Tyler, Otha Ellisor of Dallas and Luther Ellisor of Tuleta; five daughters, Mrs. Cris (Kate) Wright, and Mrs. Dick (Carty) Keen, both of Grapeland, Mrs. Mellie Parker, Mrs. Jack (Luna) Parker, and Mrs. C. J. (Allene) Moran, Jr., all of Elkhart; a brother, Dewey Clark of Palestine; three sisters, Mrs. Fanny Carte and Mrs. Rena Bozeman both of Elkhart, and Mrs. Riley Beeson of Grapeland; 16 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren.
