Campanello, 55, of 41 Pine St.,
died unexpectedly October 10th in St. Joseph's
Hospital, Syracuse, after a brief
illness.
A life resident of Port Byron,
he was employed for 17 years
by the Port Byron school system
as a bus driver.
He was a veteran of World
War II and a member of John
Cool Post 257, American Legion
Port Byron.
He is survived by his widow,
Mary Jane Alfred Campanello:
a daughter, Nancy Ann, and a
stepson, Floyd; his parents,
Santa and Lorenzo Campanello;
a sister, Mrs. Arthur (Josephine)
Wood; six brothers, Joseph.
Mario, Curley, and John
of Port Byron. Lawrence of
Virginia and Samuel Campanello
of Texas; and nieces and
nephews.
Funeral services were Tuesday
at Scott and Mann Funeral
Directors, Port Byron and a
high Mass of requiem was offered
by Rev. Robert Kress,
pastor of St. John's Church,
Port Byron. Burial was in
Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Saturday.
