HOBBS, N.M. (Special) Services for Charles E. Crawford, 75, of Hobbs will be at 10 a.m. today at Taylor Memorial Baptist Church with Dean Mathis officiating.

Burial was in Prairie Haven Memorial Park under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.

He died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999, at his home.

He was born May 22, 1924, in Texas. He married Dorothy Crawford. He was the founder and owner of Crawford Well Service. He had been a resident of Hobbs for 18 years. He was a member of Taylor Memorial Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Larry and Dwight; a daughter, Carolyn Olson; two stepsons, Brad Burgess and Ron Burgess; a brother, J.T.; a sister, Olena Smalley; 11 grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
