Rosa's parents were married 10-15-1871 in Prairie County, Arkansas. Her mother Susan is buried in this cemetery.Her father James is buried in the IOOF Cemetery, Neosho, Newton Co., Missouri.
Susan Elder was the daughter Isaac Rains Elder and Elizabeth Chilcoat.

On Rosa's mother Susan Elders family side, Rosa is Great Granddaughter of John and Hester Chilcoat of Hocking county, Ohio. And the great great granddaughter of Joshua Chilcoat and Rebecca Arnold of Baltimore, Maryland to Crawford Co., Ohio. Also the great granddaughter to Thomas and Hannah Elder of Hocking Co, Ohio to Effingham, Illinois. And great great granddaughter of Mary A Dempsey and Robert Elder.
Both Joshua and John Chilcoat are written about in the History of Ohio.

John Scott commander of Ft. Hudson in the Mohawk Valley of New York. In service of the King of England, was appointed commander by the King. Also Pieter ( Peter) Quackenbush and Neeltje Marinus.

James F. Cook born 4-1-1864 in Frankford,Indiana to John M. Cook and Sarah Nunn both of Hart Co. Kentucky. Grandson of Reuben Cook and Mary Williams of Hart Co., Kentucky. Great grandson of Joshua Cook of Virginia to Kentucky

James died 8-3-1942 Cushing, Payne Co. Oklahoma and is also buried beside Rosa.
They didn't have headstones until my husband and I had them made and placed on their graves as we did for Rosa's mother Susan Elder-Wood buried in this cemetery also. Had a US Military headstone made and placed on son Albert's grave. As well as a headstone made and placed for Floyette Myrick in this cemetery.

Married David Calvin Hutchison 8-18-1901 in Bentonville, Arkansas. David died in Neosho. Burial in the IOOF cemetery. Junie remarried a Mr. Mabes right before she died.
