Mrs. Cooper was born in Mitchell County and was a homemaker and a Methodist. She married Wilton Lee Cooper in 1955 in Westbrook; he preceded her in death.
Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Cooper of Houston; one son, Delbert Cooper of Montgomery; two sisters, Doris Golden of Odessa and Juanita Browning of Plainview; and four grandchildren.
