Estelene Rose Denny, a resident of Del City, OK, passed away Dec. 21, 2009. She was born Apr. 21, 1935 in Garvin County, OK to Homer and Lillie Faye Henderson. Estelene, raised in Wynne-wood and OKC, graduated from Capitol Hill High School and later became an employee of the Employers Insurance Co. in OKC. She enjoyed dancing and volunteering at Bryant Avenue Baptist Church where she attended. Preceding her in death are her parents, husband S. Frank Denny, and brother James Henderson. Surviving her are sons, Clay Wallace of Bellevue, WA, Eric Wallace, step-son, Michael Denny, and daughter, Rebecca Jacobs all of OKC; 4 grandchildren, Jennifer and Amanda Wallace, Corey Smith, and Emily Tull; 6 great-grandchildren, Corey, Derek, Reagan, Riley, Reese Smith, Kadence Tull; and a host of other relatives and friends. A service will be at 1:00 P.M., Monday, December 28, 2009 at Bryant Avenue Baptist Church in Oklahoma City, OK with interment at Arlington Memory Gardens.
