Samantha Pearl Cline, 83, of Newton, died Wednesday morning at St. Anthony Hospital in Effingham.
She was born July 18, 1887 in Jasper county, daughter of Fred and Samantha Crouse.
Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Vorla Houser of Charleston, Mrs. Kenneth Coulter of McLeansboro, Mrs. Marine Mascher of Dieterich; four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Services will be at the Seessengood - Marshall Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Turis Davis officiating. Burial will be in Honey cemetery.
