He was born September 20, 1912 in Lewisville, Idaho, a son of Parley and Elizabeth Boyes Walker Harker.
He is survived by a brother, Eldon Harker and two sisters, Elizabeth Minson and Ruth Ann Williams.
His wives, children, posterity and a multitude of friends mourn the passing of this great and noble man.
Funeral services were held Monday, February 2, 1998, Burial was in the Isaac Carling Memorial Park, directed by Spilsbury & Beard Mortuary.
