From a closer review of census records and other, it appears that mother of Laura Renfro was Martha Fulkerson. Obviously, additional research is required.

MRS. LAURA HAYNES DEAD
Mrs. Laura Haynes, wife of David L. Haynes, of Useful died suddenly on Friday November 24, 1916 after a brief illness of only about twenty minutes. Her remains were laid to rest the next day in the family burying ground on the farm the next day November 25, 1916. It is believed that death was due to cerebral apploplexy, or hemorrhage of the brain. She was a daughter of Peter Renfro and leaves to mourn her untimely death, her husband D. L. Haynes, two sons, Overland and Floyd Haynes and two daughters, Mrs. Cecil Cox and Mrs. Ray Jett.
To the bereaved family we extend our sincere condolence.
