Muriel D. Evans, passed away June 9, 2009 at the age of 95. She was born May 26, 1914 in Brush Hill, OK to Clarence R. and Ora Mae Pierce Porter.
Muriel moved back to OKC in 1992. She was a homemaker and member of Brookwood Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading and cooking.
Muriel was preceded in death by her parents, her twin brother, Gerald Porter, brother H.B. Porter and sister, Louise O'Keefe.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Austin.
Funeral services: Friday, June 12, 2009 at Advantage South Chapel with burial following at Moore City Cemetery.
