Barnabas Edwards, Thomasville.

Thomasville, Ga., April 22. – The funeral of Barnabas Edwards was held from his late residence here yesterday, his death being the result of an incurable illness from which he had suffered for several years. Mr. Edwards was 74 years of age and was born in North Carolina, but had been living in Thomasville for a number of years.
He is survived by his widow and five children by a former marriage. G. W. Edwards of Chattanooga, Tenn.; Williams Edwards of Valdosta; Robert Edwards of Noble, Ok; J. M. Edwards of Thomasville and Mrs. Bertha M. Stapleton of San Antonio, Tex.

The funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Paul Ellis of the Methodist church of which the deceased had long been a member.

Barnabas Edwards, Thomasville.
