Jason D. Boruff, 21, of Schererville, IN, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2001. Survived by his mother, Judy Boruff of Schererville; father, James Boruff of DeMotte; one sister, Jennifer Boruff, at home; grandparents, Marjorie Evans of Merrillville and James C. and Reba Boruff of DeMotte; great-grandmother, Catherine Boone of Ohio; three uncles: Darrell (Linda) Boruff of Hessville, Thomas Evans of Missouri and William (Rhonda) Evans of Crown Point; and numerous cousins. Preceded in death by grandfather, William Evans, Uncle Gary Evans, and great-grandfather, Horace Boone.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2001, 8:30 a.m. from the the Kuiper Funeral Home Chapel with Louis Krown officiating. Cremation to follow. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road), Highland, Indiana.
