Mrs. Murray died Friday in a Topeka hospital where she had been a patient for five days. She was born June 30, 1911, in Jackson county and had lived in the Soldier community for 50 years, moving there from Holton. She co-owned and operated a Soldier grocery and locker.
Surviving besides her brother here are her husband, Lloyd L. Murray; a daughter, Mrs. Janet Gosselin of Kansas City; a son, Darrel L. Murray of La Grange, Ill.; her mother, Mrs. Hallie Ernst of Soldier; another brother, Jack Ernst of Lincoln, Neb., and six grandchildren.
