Survivors: his wife, one son (Lloyd, New Hamburg), 3 daughters (Marion-Mrs. Wilmer Bender, New Hamburg; Katie-Mrs. Lorne Bender, Ailsa Craig; and Nelda, London, Ont.), 8 grandchildren, 3 brothers (Christian, Tavistock; Jacob, East Zorra; and Noah, South Easthope), and 5 sisters (Mrs. Menno Ropp, Mrs. Solomon Streicher, Mrs. Joseph Swartzentruber, Mrs. Annie Ropp, and Mrs. Katie Brenneman). Two brothers and one grandchild preceded him in death .Funeral services at the East Zorra Church in charge of Henry Yantzi and Moses H. Roth; burial in adjoining cemetery.
