Concerning the life and death of Mrs Mary B Ryan, wife of William Ryan and a former resident of Urbana, Tuesday evening:
Mrs Ryan was born on January 8, 1865, in Columbus, Ohio being 63 years of age at the time of her passing. Twenty eight years ago she came to make her home in this city and during her residence here has by her unfailing cheerful disposition and Christian character, won for herself a host of friends who are sorrowing today at her death. She was a valued member of the St Marys Catholic Church and was affliated with the LCBA of that faith in which she was a zealous worker and where she will be sadly missed. Until failing health prevented, she was an unusually active woman and during her entire life was ever interested in everything and famous for her ready wit.
Left to mourn her loss are her husband William Ryan of Piqua; a sister Mrs John Werick of Miami, FL; two brothers Henry and Otto Buck both residing in Columbus and a wide circle of friends.
