BAXTER –Funeral services for Margie Mae Cole will be held in the chapel of Baxter Funeral Home at 2
p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3, with Bishop Wanas Martin officiating and burial following in the Oddfellow
Cemetery.
A native of Putnam County, Mrs. Cole died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 1981, at the Cookeville Health Care Center.
She was the daughter of the late John Warner and Mary Frances Bartlett Judd. She was the widow of the
late Vanderbilt Cole.
Survivors include one son, Robert Fred Cole of Baxter; one granddaughter, Barbara J. Souter of Nashville;
and one greatgranddaughter,
Shelia Maggarp of Nashville.
