She was the daughter of Clayton Jackson Myers from Tenn. and Mary Alice Sproul from Missouri. Her siblings were Elizabeth and Mary Francis all born in Missouri. How she met her first love Milton Henry Ringer is unknown. We can only presume that she moved to Nickerson, Kansas where they were married, 18 Oct 1983. According to their only child Josephine Rae Ringer, Ethel as she was known, worked beside him farming wheat until she was taken by Breast Cancer at 59.
