Died of complications following an auto accident which occurred near Edgerton, Indiana on July 3rd. He was taken to Methodist Hospital (Now known as Parkview Hospital) in Ft. Wayne, Indiana where he died. At the time of the accident, he was on his way home from work. He was employed in the construction department of the Nickel Plate RR and was based in Fort Wayne. His son Harold was injured in the same accident.
