Mrs. Elizabeth A. Ferguson, 94, a resident of Astatula died Saturday in the Lake Community Hospital, Leesburg. She was born in Macon County, Ga. and had lived in the Leesburg area more than 40 years.
She was a member of the South 14th Street Church of Christ.
Survivors include her son, Virgil Ferguson, Leesburg, two daughters Mrs. Julia Johnson, Orlando and Mrs. Ruth Larsen, Astatula; sister, Mrs. Gertrude Strickland, Moultrie, Ga.; seven grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and four great, great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. in the South 14th Street Church of Christ with the Rev. Vernon Means officiating. Interment will be in the Empire Cemetery, Mascotte, with Page-Theus Funeral, Leesburg, in charge of arrangements.

They had four children. One child was Thomas Virgil Ferguson #37964479. Their two daughters were Julia Mae Johnson #37964535 and Anna Ruth Larsen #60432105. An infant son, James Howard Ferguson born 23 Mar 1902 died 1 April 1902 was their first born. He is buried in an unmarked grave in Sycamore, Georgia in the Old Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Cemetery.
Alva died 13 Dec 1975 in Leesburg, Lake County, Florida.
