His name of record there is John M. Chinn. His residence of 17 days was given as Lincoln, AR which is near his location in the 1920 Census. He was admitted to the State Hospital 7 March 1926. Date and place of birth given as 1850, IN (which agrees with other records). He was buried on the Hospital grounds.
