On Sept. 2, 1914, she was married to Aldred Shantz, who died in 1963. Surviving are 2 sons (Lloyd and Ward), 8 grandchildren, and l3 great-grandchildren. She was a member of Erb St. Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held Feb. 23, in charge of Wilmer R. Martin; interment in Erb Street Mennonite Cemetery.
