Vickers, 74, of Oak Hill, will
be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the
Dodd-Payne Funeral Home here with
the Rev. Paul Taylor in charge.
Burial will be in Blue Ridge,
Memorial Gardens at Prosperity.
Mr. Vickers, a native of Montgomery
and a retired employe
of Appalachian Power Co.. died
Sunday in Oak Hill Hospital.
