DUNCAN SINCLAIR KILPATRICK March 24, 1942 - August 14, 2006 Resident of Oakland Passed away at Summit Medical Center in Oakland, CA at the age of 64 after a short illness. He is survived by Linda, his beloved wife of 38 years, their son Adam, both of Oakland, sister Gail Thomas and husband Jerry of Danville, brother Frank Kilpatrick III of Sonora, brother-in-law Douglas Barry and wife Marie of Menlo Park, mother-in-law Pamela Barry of Walnut Creek, seven nieces and nephews and nine grandnieces and grandnephews. Duncan was the son of Emmett and Margaret Kilpatrick of Oakland, both deceased. Duncan was an avid golfer, hunter and fisherman. He was a long-time member of Sequoyah Country Club (past president), Masonic Lodge, Aahmes Shriners, Royal Order of Jesters and Oakland Scottish Rite. He graduated from San Jose State University and belonged to Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. he also served in the U.S. Marine Corps. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2425 Stockton Boulevard, Sacramento, CA 95817-2215.
