Teresa was born in Waco, Texas, to the late William Lewis Tynes and Shirley Jean Yarbrough Tynes. She was the owner of Teresa Gibbs Trucking. She also worked as a bookkeeper for the Veterans Hospital and was a home health caregiver. She enjoyed traveling and especially to the ocean, but her main joy in life was her grandchildren. Teresa was very poetic, fun loving and crafty. Through her strong faith, she witnessed many souls to Christ. She will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and best friend.
Teresa is survived by her sons, Scott Wayne Gibbs and Jay Gibbs and wife, Heather; daughter, Heather Gibbs and her partner-in-life, Patricia Lyon; grandchildren, Josh, Alaina, Amber, Justin, Chase, Haley, Madison, Caitlin and Keeley; brother, Ronald Lewis Tynes and wife, Linda; sister, Sarah Tyroch; children by choice, Stacy Millsap, Donnie Wake and Keith Shilling; several nieces and nephews; and the love of her life, Ray Robinson.
